Abstract
Klasik alan yazınında, üstten asta (downward) yönelik astın kendi iradesiyle işine son vermesine yol açacak kadar derin sonuçlar doğurcak yıldırma biçimleri belli kavramlar altında tanımlanmıştır. Bunlar arasında sayılan mobbing kavramı kişiye yönelen bilinçli veya bilinçsiz, sistematik, süreklilik arz eden ve neticede kişiyi yıldıran ve bezdiren tutum ve davranışlar bütünü olarak tanımlanabilir. Mobbingin örgütsel bağlılığı, iş performansını, üretim ve verimliliği olumsuz yönden etkileyebileceği varsayılabilir. Dolayısı ile çalışma ortamını bütün boyutlarıyla incelemeyi amaç edinen çalışmaların mobbing kavramını ıskalamaları hatalı olacaktır. Ancak nispeten yeni sayılabilecek taze araştırmalar mobbing ilgili klasik anlatının ötesine geçmekte ve bu olguyla ilgili yeni bir konsept önermektedir. Geliştirilen bu yeni konseptin dikkat çektiği husus yıldırma, tutum ve davranışlarının her zaman yukardan aşağıya yönelmediği şeklindedir. Bir üstün astları tarafından psikolojik baskılara maruz kalarak kendi pozisyonundan olmalarına yol açan olaylar çalışma dünyasının gözlemlenen gerçekleri arasındadır. Aşağıdan yukarıya(upward) gerçekleşen mobbing bu çalışmada ters mobbing kavramıyla ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır. Böylece mobbing kavramı farklı boyutlarıyla ele alınarak apirik bulgular ışığında test edilecektir. Bu çalışma Van Konaklama İşletmelerinde yönetici pozisyonlarında çalışan 150 kişi üzerine nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi uygulanarak hazırlanmıştır. In the classical literature, the forms of mobbing that will cause the subordinate to terminate his job with his own will for the main master (downward) are defined under certain concepts. Among them, mobbing can be defined as a set of conscious or unconscious, systematic, continuous, and consequently personal and harassing attitudes and behaviors. These phenomena have directly attracted the attention of many researchers in terms of its effects and consequences. It can be assumed that mobbing can lead to organizational commitment, work production and productivity negatively. Therefore, it would be wrong for studies that aim at examining the working environment in all its dimensions and miss the concept of mobbing. However, new research, which can be considered a little new, go beyond the classical narrative about mobbing and suggests a new concept for this phenomenon. One superior subordinates is about the observed facts of the world of events that may lead to exposure to psychological pressures to arise from his own poazation. Mobbing from below will be tried to be addressed with the concept of mobbing in this process. When tested in different dimensions of mobbing. This study was prepared by applying a questionnaire method from quantitative research directors on 150 people working in managerial positions in Van Accommodation Companies. As a result of the survey, there was no perception of reverse mobbing among managers in this sector.
