Abstract
Milli eğitim bakanlığı mesleğe yeni başlayan öğretmenlere; uyum ve mesleğe hazırlama süreci olarak hizmet içi eğitimler vermektedir. Bu eğitimlerden biri de 2016 yılında uygulamaya konulan 'Aday Öğretmen Yetiştirme Programı' adı altındaki hizmet içi eğitim programıdır. Öğretmenlere verilen eğitim uygulamalarının araştırılması etkili yönleri ve eksik yönlerinin belirlenmesi sonraki yapılacak uygulamalara örneklik teşkil edeceğinden önemlidir. Bu duruma binaen çalışmanın amacı; mesleğine yeni başlayan öğretmenlere verilen seminerlerin etkili olup - olmadığı konusunu saptamak ve öğretmenlerin meslekten beklentilerin neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Çalışmanın örneklemini Van'ın Erciş ilçesinde görev yapan 2018-2021 yılları arasında bu eğitimi almış 300 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniği ve tutum ölçeğinden faydalanılmıştır. Veri analizinde karma yöntem uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; form doldurma uygulamasının çok zaman aldığı, seminer süresinin uzun olduğu, kitap ve film uygulamalarına olumlu bakıldığı, sonuçların bir kısmıdır. Öğretmen yetiştirme programının zayıf yönlerinin gözden geçirilerek yeniden düzenlenmesi önerilmektedir. Anahtar sözcükler: öğretmen yetiştirme, seminer, mesleki beklenti
Ministry of National Education to teachers who are just starting their profession; It provides in-service trainings as a process of adaptation and preparation to the profession. One of these trainings is an in-service training program called 'Candidate Teacher Training Program' put into practice in 2016. Researching the educational practices given to teachers is important, as determining the effective and deficient aspects will set an example for the next applications. Accordingly, the aim of the study is; to determine whether the seminars given to teachers who are new to their profession are effective or not and to determine the expectations of teachers from the profession. The sample of the study consists of 300 teachers who have received this training between 2018-2021, working in the Erciş district of Van. Semi-structured interview technique and attitude scale were used as data collection tools. Mixed method was used in data analysis. In the results of working; Some of the results are that the form filling application takes a lot of time, the seminar period is long, the book and film applications are viewed positively. It is recommended to reorganize the teacher training program by reviewing the weaknesses. Keywords: teacher training, seminar, professional expectation
