Synthesis of Various Pyrimidine Derivatives Via Biginelli Reactions and Research the Various Advenced Reactions
Abstract
Dibenzoil metan, aromatik aldehitler ve tiyoüre(guanidin) kullanılarak Biginelli reaksiyonu olarak bilinen üç komponentli siklokondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile çeşitli tiyopirimidinler (B1,B12 ve B15) ve iminopirimidin (B11) elde edildi. Sentezlenen tetrahidropirimidinlerden 5-Benzoil-4-(4-formil)fenil-6-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyok- sopirimidin (B1) bileşiğinin çeşitli ileri kademe reaksiyonları araştırıldı.Sentezlenmiş olan bütün türevlerin yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle karakterize edildi ve reaksiyon mekanizması tartışıldı.
The thiopyrimidin (B1, B12 and B15) and imynopyrimidin (B11) derivatives were synthesized using the Biginelli three component cyclocondensation reaction of dibenzoylmethane, arylaldehydes, and thio(guanydin). The various advanced reactions were carried out of the 5-benzoyl-4-(4-formyl)phenyl-6- phenyl -1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-thiooxopyrimidin (B1).All of these derivatives have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic studies and the reaction mechanism was discussed.
