The Equimolar Reactions of 3-Acetyl-5-Benzoyl-2-Phenyl-6-Methyl-4-(1H)-Pyron With Mono Alkyl Amines
Abstract
Piridinon türevi bileşikler son zamanlarda antibakterial, antifungal, antimalarial, antihipertansif, antiinflammatuar, analjezik ve Parkinson hastalığını tedavi etmesi şeklinde ortaya çıkan farmakolojik özellikleri sebebiyle ilgi merkezi olmuşlardır. Bununla birlikte pirazol ihtiva eden bileşikler antiinflammatuar ve antimikrobial özellikler göstermektedir.Bu çalışmada daha önce elde edilen 3-asetil-5-benzoil-2-fenil-6-metil-4-piron bileşiğinin pirimer aminlerle ve 3,5-dibenzoil-2,6-difenil-4-piron bileşiğinin hidrazinhidrat ile reaksiyonları üzerinden, piridinon ve pirazol sistemine sahip olan bir seri yeni bileşik sentezlenerek 4-pironların, hidrazin ve pirimer aminlere karşı kimyasal davranışları ile ilgili bazı bulgular elde edildi. Sonuç olarak sırasıyla 3-asetil-5-benzoil-1-etil-2-fenil-6-metil-4(1H)-piridinon (1), 3-asetil-5-benzoil-2-fenil-6-metil-1-propil-4(1H)-piridinon (2), 3-asetil-5-benzoil -1-bütil-2-fenil-6-metil-4(1H)-piridinon (3), 3-benzoil-6-fenil-1-hekzil-5-(1-hekzilimino-etil)-2-metil-4(1H)-piridinon (4), 3-benzoil-6-fenil-1-heptil-5-(1-heptilimino-etil)-2-metil-4(1H)-piridinon (5), 3-benzoil-6-fenil-2-metil-1-oktil-5-(1-oktilimino-etil)-4(1H)-piridinon (6) ve 5,3?,5?-trifenil-1H,1?H-[3,4?]-bipirazolil (7) yapısında azot ihtiva eden toplam 7 tane yeni heterosiklik bileşiğin izole edilmesi başarıldı.Bu bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektrumları ile aydınlatıldı.Anahtar kelimeler: Halkalı okzalil bileşikler, Pirazol, 4(1H)-Piridinon, 4-Piron
Compounds of pyridinone derivatives recently interested in because of pharmacological effect which shows antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, antihypertensive, antiinflammatory, analgesic and to cure of Parkinson?s disease.In addition, compounds containing pyrazole functionality have been exhibited anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activity.In this investigation, reactions of 3-acetyl-5-benzoyl-6-methyl-2-phenyl-4-pyrone (P-3) which optioned before, with primary amines some new compounds synthesized which has pyiridinone system and reaction of 3,5-dibenzoyl-2,6-diphenyl-4-pyrone (P-1) with hydrazinehydrate new coumpound synthesized which has pyrzole system. Also some symptoms is optained from this 4-pyrones toword to primary amines about chemical behaviours. As a result in order 3-acetyl-5-benzoyl-1-ethyl-6-methyl-2-phenyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (1), 3-acetyl-5-benzoyl-6-methyl-2-phenyl-1-propyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (2), 3-acetyl-5-benzoyl-1-butyl-6-methyl-2-phenyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (3), 3,5-dibenzoyl-1-hexyl-2,6-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (4), 3,5-dibenzoyl-1-heptyl-2,6-dimethyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (5), 3,5-dibenzoyl-2,6-dimethyl-1-octyl-4(1H)-pyrdinone (6) and 5,3?,5?-triphenyl-1H,1?H-[3,4?]-bipyrazolyl (7) which has nitrogen in the under composition, totally 7 new heterocyclic compound is isolated in the composition.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by analytical,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral data.Key words: Cyclic oxalic compounds, Pyrazole, 4(1H)-Pyridinone, 4-Pyrone
