Investigation of the Relationship Between Creative Ideas and Motivations of Football Club Players in Duhok Province

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Duhok İlindeki Kulüp Antrenörleri ve Oyuncularının Yaratıcı Fikirleri ve Motivasyonlarının Başarıyla İlişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan Duhok ilinde 2018-2019 sezonunda futbol kulüplerinde aktif olarak futbol oynayan amatör ve profesyonel sporcu 33 (%18,1) 17-20 yaş, 52 (%28,6) 21-24 yaş, 60 (%33,0) 25-28 yaş, 37 (%20,3) 29 ve üstü yaş olmak üzere toplamda 182 kişi katılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan gönüllere yaratıcı düşünce ölçeği ve sporda motivasyon ölçeği uygulandı.Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin normal dağılıma sahip oldukları belirlendikten sonra 2'li grup karşılaştırmaları için independent sample t testi, 2'den fazla gruplar için One-Way Anova testi ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda yaratıcı düşünce yönünde pozitif bir ilişki görülmüş olup istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir sonuç tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak çalışmamız bulgularına göre yaratıcı düşüncenin motivasyonu pozitif yönde etkilediği yaratıcı düşünen kişinin motivasyonu da yüksek olabileceği söylenebilir. Bu bağlamda kişilerin yaratıcı düşünmesini sağlamaya yönelik eğitimlerin verilmesi motivasyonu da olumlu yönde etkileyebilir. Anahtar Sözcükler: futbol, motivasyon, yaratıcı düşünce

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between the creative ideas and motivation of club coaches and players in Duhok province. 33 amateur and professional athletes actively playing football in football clubs in Duhok province in 2018-209 season 33 (18.1%) 17-20 years, 52 (28.6%) 21-24 years, 60 (33.0%) A total of 182 people, 25-28 years of age, 37 (20.3%) of 29 and older, participated. It was applied. The relationship between creative thinking and motivation of the participants is shown in Table 10. As a result of the study, a positive relationship was found in the direction of creative thinking and a statistically significant result was found (p <0.05). In conclusion, according to the findings of our study, it can be said that creative thinking positively affects motivation and the motivation of the creative thinking person may be high.
