| dc.description.abstract | Rothmund-Thomson Sendromu (RTS), gelişim bozuklukları ile birlikte olabilen ve seyrek görülen otozomal resesif geçişli kalıtsal bir sendromdur. Etyolojisinde DNA tamir bo-zukluğu olduğu öne sürülen hastalıkta intestinal anomalilere çok nadir rastlanmaktadır. Özofagus stenozuna bağlı yutma güçlüğü nedeniyle başvuran ve dilatasyon sonrası yakınmaları tamamen düzelen RTS olgusu literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışıldı | en_US |
