Abstract
Bu araştırma 14-16 yaş grubu öğrencilerin dijital oyun oynama tutumları ve sağlıklı beslenmeye ilişkin tutumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Van İl Merkezi İpekyolu İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı okullardan 446 erkek, 571 kız öğrenci toplamda 1017 gönüllü öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada Dijital Oyun Oynama Tutumu Ölçeği (DOOTÖ) ve Sağlıklı Beslenmeye İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği (SBİTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 25. istatistik paket program kullanarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin olumlu beslenme alışkanlığının orta düzeyin altında olduğu, beslenme hakkında bilgi, beslenmeye yönelik duygu ve beslenmeye yönelik toplam tutum düzeyinin orta seviyede olduğu, kötü beslenme alışkanlığını yönetebilme tutum düzeyinin ise orta seviyenin üzerinde olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin dijital oyun oynamaya ilişkin bilişsel tutum, düzeylerinin orta seviyenin üzerinde, duyuşsal ve davranışsal tutum ile toplam tutum düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu görülmektedir.
This research was conducted to examine the attitudes of 14-16 age group students towards playing digital games and healthy eating. General scanning model was used in the study. A total of 1017 volunteer students, 446 male and 571 female students, participated in the research from the schools affiliated to the Van Province Center İpekyolu District Directorate of National Education. The Digital Gaming Attitude Scale (DOOTS) and the Attitude towards Healthy Eating Scale (SBIAS) were used in the study. The data were made using SPSS 25. statistical package program. As a result of the research, it is seen that the positive eating habits of the students participating in the research are below the medium level, the level of knowledge about nutrition, emotion towards nutrition and total attitude towards nutrition is at medium level, and the level of attitude to manage bad eating habits is above the medium level. It is seen that the cognitive attitude levels of the students participating in the research towards playing digital games are above the medium level, and their affective and behavioral attitudes and total attitude levels are moderate.
