ÖZETKONDENZASYON REAKSİYONLARI İLE 4-ARİLDİHİDROPİRİMİDİNTÜREVİNİN SENTEZİ VE İLERİ KADEME REAKSİYONLARININARAŞTIRILMASIASLANOĞLU, FurganYüksek Lisans Tezi, Kimya Anabilim DalıTez Danışmanı: Yrd. Dr. Esvet AKBAŞOcak 2007, 86 sayfaDibenzoil metan, aromatik aldehitler ve (tiyo)üre kullanılarak Biginelli reaksiyonuolarak bilinen üç komponentli siklokondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile çeşitli (tiyo)oksopirimidinlerelde edildi. Sentezlenen tetrahidropirimidinlerden 5-benzoil-4,6-difenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoxopirimidin ?B-1?, 5-benzoil-6-fenil-4-(2-klorofenil)-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoxopirimidin?B-2? ve 5-benzoil-6-fenil-4-(4-klorofenil)-1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-2-tiyoksopirimidin ?B-3? bileşiklerinin çeşitli ileri kademe reaksiyonları araştırıldı.Sentezlenmiş olan bütün türevlerin yapıları analitik ve spektroskopik yöntemlerlekarakterize edildi ve reaksiyon mekanizması tartışıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Biginelli, Siklokondenzasyon, Tetrahidroprimi dini

Prof. Dr. Esvet AKBAŞJanuary 2007, 86 PagesThe (thio)oxopyrimidin derivatives were synthesized using the Biginelli threecomponent cyclocondensation reaction of dibenzoylmethane, arylaldehydes, and (thio)urea.The various advanced reactions were carried out of the 5-benzoyl-4,6-diphenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-thioxopyrimidine ?B-1?, 5-benzoyl-6-phenyl-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-thioxopyrimidine ?B-2? and 5-benzoyl-6-phenyl-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-thioxopyrimidine ?B-3?.All of these derivatives have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopicstudies and the reaction mechanism was discussed.Key words: Biginelli, Cyclocondensation, Tetrahydropyrimidineiii
