The Stuggles To Make a National Bourgeous From Ottoman Empire To Republic

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Osmanlıdan Cumhuriyete milli burjuva oluşturma çabaları konu edinmiştir. Osmanlı yenileşme döneminde başlayan bu arayış cumhuriyet dö-neminde de yoğunlaşarak devam etmiştir. Osmanlı için milli burjuva ülkenin iktisadi çözülmesini engellemek için bir çare idi. Ülkenin yarı-sömürge durumundan kurtul-ması için ve ülkedeki Gayr-i Müslimlerin iktisadi hâkimiyetinden kurtulmak için bir zorunluluktu. Cumhuriyet döneminde ise, yeni kurulan devletin yapısı ve milletin egemen olduğu bir siyasal ortam, iktisadın millileşmesini öngörüyordu. Bunu sağla-yacak en önemli araç da milli bir burjuva idi. Bu çabalar 1960'lı yıllara kadar gelişti-rilen fikirlerle, yapılan yasal düzenlemelerle ve uygulanan politikalarla zenginleştiri-lerek devam etmiştir. Bu süreç içinde Türkiye'de milli bir burjuva oluşturulmuştur.

The stuggles to make a national bourgeous from otoman empire to Republic had been focused in this thesis. This way of searching that had begun in the renewal of otoman empire period had been continuoming in a hard wasl. For otoman empire National bourgeous was a solution to prevent rescue the solving of state?s financial for otoman empire. To rescue the state from a half-colony?s position and to rescue from non-muslim people who had soverignites the economic was aln obligation. And also ın the period of Republic, the foundation of a new state and a political environment that public soverign was being projected to maket he finance nationalism. The most important tool was national bourgeous to provide it. These struggles had continuaned until 1960s by developing it with new ideas, by desiggins new rules (Laws) and by enriching practised politics. A national bourgeous had been provided in Turkey in this process.
