Capitalism Marxism and Interest in Islamic Law

Abstract

Hazırladığımız bu tezde amacımız, Dünya genelinde hüküm süren üç ekonomik yaklaşımın; Kapitalizmin, Marksizmin ve İslâm Hukukunun faize nasıl yaklaştıklarını ve faizin bu üç yaklaşımdaki yerini tespit etmektir. Bunun için üç yaklaşımın temel eserleri başta olmak üzere konuyla ilgili olan kaynakları bulabildiğimiz kadarıyla tarayıp tespit ettik. Eserleri inceledikten sonra, önceden belirlediğimiz başlıklara göre mevcut bilgileri tasnif ettik. Konunun güncel bir konu olması hasebiyle, faizin günümüzdeki durumuna da yeri geldikçe değindik. Faizin tarihini ortaya koyduktan sonra, üç ekonomik görüşün faize yaklaşımını ve bu üç görüşün kıyaslamasını yaptıktan sonra tezimizi sonuçlandırdık. Tez bitiminde faizin hayatımızı fark edemediğimiz kadar etkilediğini ve zararının düşündüğümüzden çok daha fazla olduğunu müşahede ettik. Üç ekonomik görüşten Kapitalizm ve Marksizmin ekonomik problemlere farklı çözümler getirmekle beraber sonuçta problemleri daha çok büyüttüğünü, İslâm Hukukunun ise problemlerin köküne inip insan fıtratına ve toplumsal realitelere uygun yöntemlerle problemleri çözdüğünü veya çözme potansiyeline sahip olduğunu tespit ettik.

In this thesis, our aim is to examine the three mainstream economic approaches that prevail throughout the world and to determine how capitalism, marxism and shariah evaluate interest also point of interest in these three approaches. In line with this purpose we have searched and identified the relevant sources, especially the main works of the three approaches. After examining the sources, we have classified the information in the sources according to the sections that determined before. The issue is subject of life due to this we have touched on current situation of interest as needed. After describing the history of interest, we have made a comparison of the three economic approaches about the interest, then we have finalized our thesis. At the end of the thesis, we have realized that interest affects our lives much more than noticed by us and the loss is much more than we supposed. In these three approaches; we have determined that Capitalism and marxism perspectives have brought different solutions to economic problems, but in the end, the problems have been increased while shariah get the root of the problem and solve it or have potential to make solutions with suitable methods via social realities and human nature.
