| dc.description.abstract | Radyal keratotomiden (RK) sonra künt travma sonucu kornea perforasyonu gelişen bir olgu sunulmuştur. RK'dan beş yıl sonra geçirdiği göz travması sonucu kliniğimize başvuran ve ameliyat edilen olgunun tüm muayene bulguları ve görüntüleri kaydedildi. Travmalı gözde korneada saat 9.00 hizasındaki RK insizyonunda açılma ve iris prolapsusu izleniyordu. İris normal pozisyonuna itilerek perforasyon yeri sütüre edildi. Postoperatif kontrollerde anterior sineşi ve pupillanın perforasyon yerine doğru çekik olduğu gözlendi. RK'dan yıllar sonra bile kornea insizyon hattı diğer bölgelere göre travmaya daha dayanıksız olarak kalmaktadır. | en_US |
