Munzur Mountain (Erzincan) Rosehip (Rosa Spp.) Genetic Sources

Abstract

Bu çalışma Erzincan merkezinde Munzur dağı eteğinde ki 4 köy ve beldede doğal olarak yetişen kuşburnulardan üstün özelliklere sahip genotiplerin seçilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma 2005?2006 yılları arasında işaretlenen 50 kuşburnu tipi üzerinde yapılmış ve seleksiyon kriterleri doğrultusunda yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda, 15 adet ümitvar tip tespit edilmiştir. Bu tiplerde genotiplerin ortalama meyve ağırlığı 0.91?2.53 g, meyve eti oranı % 42.83?88.87, C vitamini değerleri 575.48-1369.89 mg/100g, suda çözünebilir kuru madde miktarları % 8.5-25, pH 2.6-4.5, TEA miktarı % 1.41-8.70, arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Seçilen tiplerde aroma durumu 2'si çok ekşi, 18'i ekşi, 28'i mayhoş ve 2'side tatlı olarak belirlenmiştir. This study was conducted to select the best quality rosehip genotypes wild grown in central Erzincan. The fifty rosehip genotypes marked were studied in 2005 and 2006, and the fifteen hopeful genotypes were selected according to selection criteria. Based on all genotypes, fruit weights, fruit flesh ratios, vitamin C ratios, soluble solid contents, pH and acidity ranged from 0.91 g to 2.53 g; from % 42.83 to 88.87; from 575.48 to 1369.89 mg/100g; from % 8.5 brix to - 25 brix; from 2.6 to 4.5 and from % 1.41 to 8.70, respectively. Their fruit aroma were evaluations very sour in two genotypes, sour in eighteen genotypes, less sour in twentyeight genotypes, and sweet in two genotypes. In addition two thornless genotypes, ten genotypes with less thorny, twentyone moderate thorny genotypes, eleven thorny genotypes and six very thorny genotypes were determined.Key words:, Erzincan, Munzur, Fruit, Rosehip, Selection,
