The Reasons That Created the Armenian Issue

Abstract

Ermeni Sorununu hazırlayan sebepler üç başlık altında incelenebilir. Bunlardan birincisi Ermeni Sorununun ortaya çıkmasında Osmanlı tabiiyetinde yaşayan Ermenilerin, içerde ne gibi faaliyetlerde bulundukları, ne amaca yöneldikleri ve bu amaçları doğrultusunda ne gibi kurumlardan destek aldıkları veya ne gibi oluşumları oluşturduklarıdır. Burada asıl üzerinde durulması gereken kurulan ve oluşturulan bu kurumların bu amaç ve gayelere ne şekilde hizmet ettikleri ve kimlerden ne gibi destek gördükleridir. Ayrıca her davanın bir propagandaya ihtiyacı olduğu göz önüne alındığında Ermenilerin propaganda silahını ne derecede etkili kullandıklarını gözden kaçırmamalıdır.Daha sonra ki bölümlerde ise bu ayrılıkçı terör hareketlerinin dışarıdan nasıl destek gördüklerini bölümler halinde incelemeye çalıştık. Genel anlamda Ermenilerin, Avrupa kamuoyunda oluşturdukları intibayı inceledikten sonra, bu sûni sorunun ortaya çıkıp şekillenmesinde en büyük role sahip olan İngiltere, Fransa ve Rusya Devletleri'nin Ermeniler üzerinden ne gibi bir politika geliştirdiklerini ve bu politikalarını ne dereceye kadar uyguladıklarını vermeye gayret ettik.

The reason for preparing the Armenian issue may be examined under three headings. The first Armenian issue would emerge in the Ottoman nationality living in the Armenian inside what activities they are located, what purpose toward that, and purposes of what institutions support they receive, or what process created. Founded on the fact that there needs to be addressed and the objectives of these institutions were created and what purpose they serve and from whom, what way are the ones supported. In addition, each case needs to be propaganda when considering how effective a weapon of Armenian propaganda, they should not be overlooked.In a later section how this outside support of the separatist terrorist movement tried to analyze what they see in sections.
