Determination and Mapping of the Regional Earthquake Risk Distribution of Existing Reinforced Concrete Structures in Hafiziye Neighborhood of Silk Road District, Van Province, Using Computer-Aided Program

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Van ili İpekyolu ilçesi Hafiziye Mahallesi'nde bulunan yapı stoğunun depreme karşı risk durumunu riskli ve çok riskli yapılar için hasar görülebilirlik analizlerinin yapılmasına öncülük eder. Ayrıca bu tür çalışmalardan sonra olası afet riski teşkil edececek yapıların dönüştürülmesine dayanak oluşturur. 6306 Riskli Yapılar Yönetmeliği (RYY) sokak taraması yöntemi kullanılarak inceleme sahası olan Hafiziye Mahallesi'ndeki betonarme binalar incelenerek ve EPA bilgisayar destekli program performans puanları belirlenerek haritalandırılmıştır. Hafizye Mahallesi yapı stoğunda bulunan 315 adet betonarme, 3 adet çelik ve 16 adet yığma olmak üzere toplam 334 bina bulunmaktadır. Bu binalardan betonarme olanların; %16'sı çok güvenli, %46'sı güvenli, %30'u riskli, %8'i çok riskli olduğu tespit edilmişti.

In this study, it precedes the vulnerability analysis for risky and highly risky structures among the building stock in Hafiziye Neighborhood of İpekyolu District, Van Province, against earthquakes. Additionally, it provides a basis for the transformation of structures that may pose potential disaster risks following such studies. Using the street screening method specified in Regulation 6306 on Risky Buildings, reinforced concrete buildings in the examination area of Hafiziye Neighborhood were inspected, and their performance scores were determined using EPA computer-aided software and mapped. There are a total of 334 buildings in the building stock of Hafizye Neighborhood, consisting of 315 reinforced concrete, 3 steel, and 16 rubble structures. Among these buildings, it was determined that: 16% are very safe, 46% are safe, 30% are risky, and 8% are highly risky.
