Abstract
Multipar 28 yaşında 3 aylık adet gecikmesi, on gündür şiddeti artarak devam eden pelvic ağrı ile acil servise başvurdu. Rupture uterusun sol kenarında rupture horn ölü masere fetus saptandı. Sol hemi histerektomi + sol salpenjektomi + sağ tubal ligasyon uygulandı.
