Abstract

Bu çalışmamızda 19. yüzyılın âlimlerinden olan, daha çok doğu ve Güneydoğu'da tanınan Molla Halil es-Si'irdî'nin Basîratü'l-Kulûb fî Kelâm-i Allâmi'l-Ğuyûb Adlı Eserindeki Rivayetlerin Hadis İlmi Açısından Değerlendirilmesi konu edinilmiştir. Belirtilen eserin müellifin en hacimli eseri olması ve eserde birçok rivayetin yer alması, söz konusu eseri tercih etmemizde önemli bir etken olmuştur. Çalışmamız bir giriş, iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve önemine değindikten sonra, müellifin hayatı, eserleri, hocaları ve yaşadığı bölgenin sosyo kültürel tarihi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Molla Halil'in hadisçiliğinin Usulü'l-Fıkh adlı eseri bağlamında ele alındığı birinci bölümde müellifin Sünnetin anlam alanına dair görüşleri, Sünnetin bağlayıcılığı, Kur'ân-Sünnet arasında nesh ilişkisi ve haber konusu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamızın temelini oluşturan eserin hadislerinin tespit ve değerlendirilmesinin yapıldığı ikinci bölümde ise, eser hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra tespit edilen hadislerin metni nakledilmiştir. Ardından eserdeki hadislerin kaynakları ve kaynak değerlerine değinilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise çalışmamızda ulaşılan sonuçlar zikredilerek çalışma tamamlanmıştır.

In This study, the Evaluation of the narrationsın Basîratü'l-Kulûb fî Kelâm-i Allâmi'l-Ğuyûb. By Molla Halîl es-Si'irdî, one of the 19 yüzyılm scholars, beter known ın the east and Southeast, was obtained from the point of view of hadith science. The fact that the mentioned work is the most voluminous work of the author and that many narrations are included in the work has been an important factor in ourpreference for this work. Our study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. After mentioning the scope and importanc of the purpose of the study in the introduction section, in formation about the lafe, Works, teachers and socio-cultural history of the region in which the author lived was given. In the first chapter, in which Molla Halil Hadith is considered in the context of his Usul Al-Fıkh work, Later, the author's views on the field of meaning of Sunnah, The Binding of Sunnah, the relationship between the Qur'an and Sunnah, and the topic of news were discussed in the second section, where the Hadith of the work that formed the basis of our study were identified and evaluated, the text of the hadiths that were detected after information about the work was transmitted. Then, the sources and source values of the Hadith in the work were mentioned. In the conclusion section, the results obtained in our study were mentioned and he study was completed.
