Researching Suitable Production Conditions on Pvc Profile Manufacturing

Abstract

Yapılan bu çalışmada, inşaat sektöründe yaygın olarak kullanılan polivinil klorürden yapılmış kapı ve pencere profillerinin fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri test edilmiştir. Bu sektörde üretilen profil formülasyonlarında kullanılan katkı maddelerinden dolgu, stabilazatör ve kaydırıcı hammaddeler üzerinde yapılan değişiklikler ile alternatif hammaddeler kullanılarak yeni formülasyonlar hazırlanmıştır. Kullanılan Pb bazlı Stabilizatör yerine Ca bazlı Stabilizatör, dış kaydırıcı olarak Cebacellwak., toz plastikleştirici olarak cebacell 030 ve yüzey düzeltici kullanılmıştır. Üretilen profillerin fiziksel, mekanik ve termal özellikleri mevcuttaki profillerin özellikleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Olumlu sonuçlar veren alternatif katkı maddelerinin üretim, makine, verimlilik ve maliyet üzerindeki etkileri ve uygulanabilirliği incelenmiştir.

In this study, the physical and mechanical properties of door and window profiles made of polyvinyl chloride, which is widely used in the construction industry, were tested. New formulations have been prepared by using alternative raw materials with the changes made on filler, stabilizer and lubricant raw materials, which are among the additives used in profile formulations produced in this sector. Instead of the Pb-based stabilizer used, Ca-based stabilizer, Cebacellwak. as external lubricant, cebacell 030 as powder plasticizer and surface corrector were used. The physical, mechanical and thermal properties of the produced profiles were compared with the properties of the existing profiles. The effects and applicability of alternative additives with positive results on production, machinery, efficiency and cost were examined.
