The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the New Mathematics Lesson Programme Application at Primary Education for the Classes of 1,2,3,4,5

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan yeni ilköğretim birinci kademe matematik dersi programının uygulamadaki etkililiğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Van ili ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise Van il merkezi, ilçeleri ve merkez köylerinde görev yapan 327 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada betimsel tarama (survey) modeli kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması için İlhami BULUT tarafından geliştirilen ölçek kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin çözümlenmesi SPSS 10 paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Ölçekteki maddeler faktör analizi ile 4 alt boyutta incelenmiştir.Araştırmada elde edilen verilerden ulaşılan sonuçlar ve öneriler sunulmuştur. Sonuçların ve önerilerin yeni eğitim sistemine ve diğer çalışmalara yardımcı olacağı düşünülmektedir.

This thesis have been prepared so as to evaluate the effectıveness of the new mathematıcs lesson programme applıcatıon at prımary educatıon for the classes of 1,2,3,4 and 5.The prımary classroom teachers who study in the center of Van form the cosmos of the searching,.However,the three hundred twenty seven teachers who study not only in the center of Van,but also in the towns and in the villages of Van form the sampling of searching..Descriptive lining have been used in the searching.The scale developed by İlhami Bulut has been used in order to gather the data.The analysis of the gathered data have been done with SPSS ten packet programme.The articles, in the scale, analysed with four factor analysis at sub-dimension.Frequency and percentage statistical values have been used for the analysis of the teachers? occupational and personal information.Unrelated sampling t test have been used in order to understand whether or not ıf there is any difference between the views of the teachers for double- grouped variable.But, in order to determine whether or not ıf there is any difference between the views of the teachers for three or more grouped variables ,one-way variance analysis has been applied.Besides ,on the occasions where the difference is set , post hoc bonferroni test have been applied in order to display where the difference happened.Results anad suggestions have been presented from the data, carried at the end of the searching,It is thought that the results and suggestions will be helpful both for the new education system and for the other studies.
