Quran Courses in Respect To Ideal Class Environment: Van Case

Abstract

Öğrencinin günlük yaşamının büyük bir bölümü sınıflarda geçmektedir. Etkili ve verimli bir sınıf yönetimi, öğrencinin bireysel, sosyal ve kültürel yönden gelişimine önemli derecede yansımaktadır. Eğitimin amacına ulaşabilmesi, fiziksel olarak iyi bir sınıf ortamının hazırlanması ile sağlanabilir. İdeal sınıf ortamının nasıl olması gerektiğine ilişkin araştırma, inceleme ve öngörüler halen varlığını, güncelliğini sürdürmekte ve eğitim araştırmalarındaki yerini korumaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ideal sınıf ortamı kavramını ortaya koyup buna göre Van?daki Kur?an Kurslarının durumunu belirlemek, teknik anlamda olması gereken ile mevcudun karşılaştırılmasını yapmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle Kur'an Kursları gezilip çeşitli görüntüler alınmış, İl Müftülüğünden Kur'an Kurslarının resimleri ve kurslar hakkında bilgiler alınmıştır. Bu çalışma başlıca beş bölümde ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde çalışma konusunun niteliği ve amacı ortaya konmuş, ikinci bölümde genel ve ideal sınıf ortamlarının özellikleri belirtilmiş, üçüncü bölümde Kur'an-ı Kerim öğretiminde mevcut sınıf ortamları ele alınmış, dördüncü bölümde ideal sınıf ortamı açısından Van'daki Kur'an kurslarında olması istenen özellikler işlenmiş, son bölümde ise konuyla ilgili değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızda Yüksek Öğretim ve Milli Eğitim Kurumlarında sağlanmış olan teknolojik imkânların Van Kur?an Kurslarına yansımadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Toplumun Kur'an eğitim ve öğretimi ile genel din eğitimi kalitesindeki artışın önemi düşünüldüğünde günümüz teknolojik imkânlarının başta Van'daki Kur'an Kursları olmak üzere tüm din eğitimi kurumlarında da yer alması gerektiği kanaatindeyiz. The big part of a student's life passes in the class. An effective and productive class management causes an improvement in student?s individual, social and cultural sides. A physically well-organized class will let the education to reach its goal. The problem of an ideal class has been a matter of debate for decades and it is still being an important issue of researches and surveys. The purpose of this study is to focus on the concept of the ideal class and in this light to determine the current situation of the Quran courses in Van city. As a result a comparison will be made between the existing and the technically desired class. In scope of the study several Quran courses have been visited and video recorded. The Office of Van Mufti has been visited; the information and pictures of Quran courses have been obtained from the office. The study have been developed under five headings. In the first part the quality and the purpose of the study have been determined, in the second part the ideal and the general class features have been stated, in the third part the current class environments of Quran courses have been represented, in the fourth part the desired features for the Quran courses of Van have been listed and in the last part the evaluations related to the topic have been discussed. It has been deduced that the technological opportunities of Higher Education and National Education Institute have not been reflected in the Quran Courses of Van city. There is an increasing attention to Quran courses in society, in this respect we believe that the current technological opportunities should be used in Quran courses of Van and other religious educational facilities as well.
