İletişim Becerilerinin Ölçülmesi -dıhok Üniversitesi Öğrencileri Örneği-

Abstract

İnsanın kendi hayatında geçirdiği en önemli süreçlerden biri, biriyle paylaşmasa da sürekli geçirdiği iletişim sürecidir. İnsan diğer canlılardan sözlü veya sözsüz olan bir dildeki mesajları anlayabilme becerisiyle farklılaşır. Bireylerin özellikleri öğrencilerin iletişim becerilerinden ve onların ifade etmedeki uzmanlıklarından anlaşılabilir. Bu şekilde üniversite ve toplum arasındaki iletişim sürecinde büyük bir fayda sağlanır. Çoğu toplumda kişiler arası iletişimde toplumsal yazım kurallarının önemi vardır çünkü mesajlar ancak bu şekilde toplumsal ilişkilerle bireysel ferasete ulaşır. İletişim ortak bir tefehhümün bulunması için yapılan fikir ve bilgi alışverişidir. Bu iki veya daha fazla kişi arasında gizli veya açık bir şekilde özel bir amaç için uygun bir şekilde bilginin aktarılmasıdır. İletişim iki veya daha fazla kişi arasındaki (gönderici ve alıcı) ilişkidir ki bu sayede nasihat, bilgi ve bakış açısı aktarılır. İletişim unsurları alıcı, mesaj, gönderici, iletişim bağlamı, unsurları ve tarzlarının birbiriyle olan ilişkileri teker teker incelenerek bulunabilir: o iletişim unsur ve faktörleri, dört becerisi (dinleme, konuşma, okuma, yazma), her türlü ikna etme kabiliyetinin rolü, beden dilinin rolü ve bunlar arasındaki ilişkilerde, öğrenci nasıl adım atacağı ve dili kullanmak için güncel öğretim şekillerini nasıl kullanacağı. Öğrenciler bu becerileri kontrol eder ve onları süreç içerisinde iletişimde kullanırlar. Çalışma betimsel yönteme dayanmaktadır. Duhok Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin iletişim becerileri bir form aracılığıyla ifade etme, ikna etme, dürüstlük, yumuşaklık, nezaket, saygı gibi çeşitli parametreler bağlamında ölçülmüştür.

The communication process is one of the most important processes that people perform in their lives, because it is always conducted without the involvement of the organization with others. Humans are distinguished from the rest of living things with the ability to understand meaning through verbal and non-verbal language. Individual characteristics stand out in students' communication abilities and their freedom of expression, and in this way there is a great benefit from the process of communication between the university and society, and the importance of union relations between the many groups that exist for personal competition, because the message clearly reaches a personal understanding through social relations. Communication is the process of exchanging ideas and information to find a common understanding. It is the process of transmitting information through visible and invisible signals between two or more people for a specific purpose and in an appropriate manner. Communication is a connection between two or more people (the sender and the receiver) through which instructions, information and ideas are transmitted. The elements of communication provided by the sender, the message, the recipient, the communication environment and its elements and forms related to it, personal communication, barriers and factors of communication, its four abilities (listening, speaking, reading and writing), the role of each skill (persuasion), the role of body language in the language communication process, its importance and the relationship between them, and how the student can take steps and use modern teaching methods. Students control these abilities and, in the process use them in communication. The research is based on the descriptive approach, and the communication skills of Duhok University students are measured in particular and depend on several criteria such as: listening, expression, persuasion, honesty and integrity, gentleness, respect.
