Investigation of Toxic Heavy Metal (Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Se, Mn) Pollution in Soil, Leaves and Fruits in Some Apple Orchards in Van Region
Abstract
Bu çalışmada van yöresinde bulunan Van Ziraat meslek lisesi ile Van Devlet fidanlığından alınan toprak, yaprak ve meyve numuneleri araştırıldı. Her iki merkezden de tespit edilen 10 ayrı noktadan iki mevsim alınan numuneler uygun yöntemlerle çözelti haline getirilerek, Alevli Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektroskopisi(FAAS) metodu ile incelendi. Bu inceleme sonucunda Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Se ve Mn konsantrasyonları ölçüldü. Ölçülen bu değerler mevsimlere ve numunelerin alındığı merkezlerin konumlarına göre kıyaslanarak, bu merkezlerdeki numunelerde toksik ağır metal kirliliği olup olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
This study investigated soil, leaf and fruit samples taken from Van Agriculture vocational high school and Van State nursery in Van. Samples taken from 10 different points determined from both centres for two seasons were brought into solution with appropriate methods and analyzed by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS) method. As a result of this examination, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co, Ni, Cu, Se and Mn concentrations were measured. These measured values were compared according to the seasons and the locations of the centres where the samples were taken, and it was determined whether there was toxic heavy metal pollution in the samples in these centres.
