| dc.description.abstract | Atlantoaksiyal subluksasyon romatoid artritte özgün bir bulgu olup hastalığın erken dönemlerinde de görülebilir. Kronik ve şiddetli hastalıkta servikal omurgada bir veya birkaç seviyede subluksasyon veya dislokasyon meydana gelebilir. Romatoid artritte atlantoaksiyal subluksasyonun en önemli komplikasyonu spinal kord hasarıdır. Ankilozan spondilitte atlantoaksiyal subluksasyon nadir görülmektedir ve hafif nörolojik bulgulara yol açmaktadır. Bu yazıda birinde medüller kord kompresyon bulgularının eşlik ettiği, biri ankilozan spondilit ve diğer ikisi romatoid artritte gelişmiş üç atlantoaksiyal subluksasyon olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık. | en_US |
