Divine Justice in the View of Murtaza Mutahhari

Abstract

Teodise (adlî ilâhî), en genel anlamda her şeye rağmen Tanrı'nın adaletini sürdürülebilir olduğuna işaret eden Yunanca bir kavramdır. Hem İslâm dünyasında hem de Batı'da hakkında çok şey yazılıp çizilen bu problem din, felsefe, sanat, mitoloji, siyaset gibi eşitli alanlara konu olmuştur. Adlî ilâhî meselesinin elbette birçok bileşeni vardır. İrade, ihtiyar, cebr, ayrımlar ve imtiyaz, kaza ve kader, kötülük vs. bunlardan en önemlileridir. Bu başlıklardan en önemli olanı şüphesiz kötülüktür. Bu mevzu teodisenin en zor imtihan noktalarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Klasik İslam düşünce geleneğinde felsefi teodise tecrübesi Antik Yunan Felsefesi'nin de katkısını ihmal etmeden İbn Sînâ ve Fârâbî üzerinden tartışılmıştır. Gazzâlî'den Leibniz'e geçen bu mesele Batı'da yoğun tartışmalara sahne olmuştur. Yirminciyüzyıla gelindiğinde konu her zamanki varlığını sürdürüp müstakil eserlerin meydana gelmesine sebebiyet vermiştir.Bu eserlerden biri de Mutahharî'nin Adlî İlâhî eseridir. Bu eserde kilit bir yer işgal eden şer problemi adl ilkesi çerçevesinde, burhan (felsefî) yöntemiyle soruşturulmaktadır.

Theodcy, forensic hymn in the most general sense is a greek concept that shows justice of god can be sustainable despite of all things. Forensic hymn, written much things about both İslam and westren world is subject to various deciplines such as philosophy, art ,policy, mythology. Theodcy consists of lots of components. The most important ones are willness, concession, accident and fate ,cebr, badness ect. Of the given titles above, badness of course is the most significant part. This subject composes the most difficult point of Theodcy. In the classical islamic tradition, philosophical theodise is subject to discussion on Ibni Sina and Farabi. Ancient Greek Philosophy makes contributions to Forencic hymn too. This matter, came from Gazali to Leibniz causes intensive discussions in the westren world. These also causes to create many valuable works in 20th century. Mutahhari's Teodise is One of these valuable Works. İn this study, the matter of badness handles from point of Burhan (philosophical) method.
