Syntax of Yalnızız Which Is a Novel Written by Peyami Safa

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Peyami Safa'nın Ötüken yayınlarından çıkmış 365 sayfalık ?Yalnızız? adlı romanı söz dizimi açısından incelenmiştir.Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın amacı, önemi ve araştırmada uygulanan yöntem anlatılmaktadır.Çalışmamız yazarın hayatı, edebi kişiliği ve ?Yalnızız? romanının söz dizimi olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmuştur.Söz dizimi çalışmasını yaptığımız bölümde tümdengelim metodu kullanılarak, önce cümle yapısı ardından cümlenin öğeleri son olarak da kelime grupları ile bu grupların cümle içindeki görevleri örnek cümleler verilerek ele alınmıştır.Çalışmanın sonunda bu örneklerden hareketle genel yargılara varılmıştır

Syntax of Yalnızız which is a novel written by Peyami Safa, and published by Ötüken Publishing was examined in this study.The aim and importance of the study ,as well as method used were presented in the inrtoduction section. The study consisted of two section. One section is on way of life and literary personality of writter, the other section is on syntax of Yalnızız.Structure and components of sentences, as well as word groups and function of these groups in sentences were examined by using deduction method in the section in which syntax studies were carried out.At the end of the study,general conclusions were reached using samples of sentences.
