Regarding Beginner Trumpet Training in Turkey a Method Proposal

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Türkiye'deki müzik eğitimi kurumlarında kullanılan başlangıç seviye trompet eğitimi metotlarının incelenmesi ve başlangıç düzeyine yönelik bir metot önerisi sunulması bakımından betimsel bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Literatür tarama sürecinde tarama yöntemi (survey yöntemi/alan taraması) kullanılarak, Türkiye'de trompet eğitimi verilen müzik eğitimi kurumlardaki öğretim elemanlarının kullandıkları metotlar belirlenmiştir. Bu metotlar içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda başlangıç düzeyinde kullanılabilir bir Türkçe trompet eğitimi metodu oluşturulmuştur. Bu incelemeler neticesinde müzik eğitimi kurumlarında başlangıç düzeyindeki trompet öğrencilerinin yararlanabileceği Türkçe bilgi ve açıklamalardan oluşan bir metot önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Bu araştırma sonucunda elde edilen metot ile öğrencilere hızlı, kolay ve kalıcı öğrenmelerine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülen nefes, ağızlık, doğru tutuş ve duruş pozisyonu ile ilgili bilgiler ve incelenen trompet metotlarında başlangıç düzeyine yönelik egzersiz ve etütler yeniden düzenlenerek sunulmuştur.

This research is descriptive in terms of examining the methods of beginner trumpet education used in music education institutions in Turkey and presenting a method proposal for the beginner level. In the literature review process, the methods used by the instructors in the music education institutions where trumpet education is given in Turkey were determined by using the survey method (survey method / field survey). These methods were examined with the content analysis method and a Turkish trumpet training method that can be used at the beginner level was created in line with the findings. As a result of these examinations, a method has been proposed that consists of Turkish information and explanations that can be used by beginning trumpet students in music education institutions. With the method obtained as a result of this research, information about breathing, mouthpiece, correct grip and posture, which is thought to contribute to students' fast, easy and permanent learning, and exercises and etudes for the beginner level in the examined trumpet methods are presented by rearranging.
