Worhips Which Are Allewod and Not Allewod To Do in Conditions of Privacy by Women

Abstract

Kadınların özel hallerinde yapabilecekleri ve yapamayacakları ibadetler' adlı tezimiz önsöz, iki bölüm ve sonuç bölümünden meydana gelmektedir. Önsözde ibadetin öneminden, bu konuda kadın ve erkek arasında bir ayrım olmadığından, tezimizin hazırlanış amacından bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde kadınların özel hallerinin ne olduğunu, özel hallerin tıbbi ve psikolojik sonuçlarını, İslâm'ın ve diğer ilahi dinlerin özel hallerdeki kadınlara bakış açısını açıklamaya çalıştık. İkinci bölümde kadınların özel hallerinde yapabilecekleri ve yapamayacakları ibadetleri Kur'ân-ı Kerim ve hadisler ışığında ele aldık. Mezheplerin görüşlerine delilleriyle birlikte yer verdik. Klasik bakış açısının bazı çevrelerce yeniden tartışılmaya başlanması sonucu ortaya çıkan modern görüşlere değindik. Sonuç kısmında ise genel bir değerlendirme yaparak deliller ışığında kendi görüşümüzü ortaya koyduk. Anahtar kelimeler; Kadın, ibadet, hayız, nifas, istihâze.

Our thesis which is named as 'Worships Which are Allewod and not Allewod to do In Conditions of Privacy by Woman' is composed of prevace, two sections and conclusion. In the precafe, the importance of worship was stressed and it was emphasized that there is no distinction between men and women within this respect. From the aim of our thesis, such an undertone has been interspersed into our thesis in the first section, the conditions of privacy in women were explained together with their medical consequences, and these conditions were also touched on in context of the other theistic religions. In the second section, we touched on the types of worships women are allowed to do and not to do in the conditions of privacy in women in the light of the Qur'an and hadith. We also touched on the view of sects (madhab) in this respect. We also introduced modern approacties to these topics as a result of the debates by some circles. In the conclusion section we introduced a general overview about these topics in the light of evidence and pointed out our view. Key Words: Women, worship, menstruation, istihade, nifas.
