Abstract

Osmanlı Devleti'nin, XV. yüzyıl ile XX. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğine kadarki hukuki, sosyal ve siyasi tarihi araştırmalarında öncelikli başvurulan kaynaklar, Şer'iyye sicilleridir. Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı şer'iyye mahkemelerinde tutulan kayıtlar olup dönemin hukuki, dini, askeri, idari ve iktisadi uygulamaları hakkında ilim dünyasına ışık tutmaktadır.Hazırlamış olduğum bu çalışma, objektif tarih araştırmalarına katkı sağlamak gayesi ile 333 Nolu Bitlis Şer'iyye Sicilinin (H.1295?1300/M.1878?1882) 116 - 232 sayfaları arası kısmının transkripsiyonunu ihtiva etmektedir. Bu sicil, Bitlis'e ait diğer Şer'iyye Sicilleri ile birlikte Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinde ve Ankara Milli Kütüphanede muhafaza edilmektedir. Çalışmamızın temel kaynağı Ankara Milli Kütüphaneden temin edilmiştir.Çalışma, Bitlis Tarihi, Osmanlı Hukuk Sistemi, genel mahiyette Şer'iyye Sicilleri hakkında bilgi ve 333 Nolu Bitlis Şer'iyye Sicili transkripsiyonu ile kısaca fihrist bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır.

The primary sources referred in researches on the legal, social and political history o the Ottoman Empire between XVth century and the first quarter of XXth century are records of the religious court. Records of religious courts are the records which have been kept in Ottoman religious courts and illuminate the scholarship world about legal, religious, military, administrative and financial applications of its term.This study which I have prepared consists of transcription of the first between116 ? 232 numbers section of Bitlis Religious Court (H.1295?1300/M.1878?1882) No 333 for the purposes of making contributions to objective historical researched. This record is kept in Premiership Ottoman Archive and Ankara Milli Kütüphane along with other Religious Court Records of Bitlis The basic resource of our study has been provided by Ankara Milli Kütüphane.The study includes the chapters devoted Bitlis History, Ottoman Legislation System, general information about Religious Court Records and transcription of Bitlis Record Numbered 333 and brie evaluations.
