Montesquieu's Political Concept

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Montesquieu'nun siyaset felsefesi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Genel olarak Montesquieu'nun hayatı, eserleri, felsefesi ve düşünce tarihindeki yeri Montesquieu'nun siyaset ve devlet anlayışı ele alınmıştır.Birinci bölümde, Montesquieu'nun hayatı, eserleri, genel felsefi düşünceleri ve Montesquieu'nun düşünce tarihindeki etkileri ele alınmıştır.İkinci bölümde, siyaset kavramına açıklık getirilerek başlanmış ardından siyaset felsefesi, siyaset toplum ilişkisi, iklim ve coğrafyanın siyaset ve kanunlar üzerindeki etkisine değinilmiştir.Montesquieu'da devlet, devlet yönetme biçimleri ve güçler ayrılığı gibi konular üçüncü bölümde ele alınmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgular sonuç bölümünde değerlendirilmiştir.

The political philosophy of Montesquieu has been searched in this study. This study is constructed of three parts. In general, Montesquieu?s life, Works, philosophy and his place in the history of ideas are handled along with his understanding of state and politics.İn the first part, Montesquieu?s life, Works, philosophy and his general phisophical ideas are handled along with his effets in history of ideas.The second part starts with the description of the term of politics, then relation of politics and society and effects of climate and geography on politics are handled.Subjects such as Montesquieu?s understanding of state, governing styles of state and separation of powers are handled in the third part.The findings that were obtained at the end the research are evaluated in the conclusion part.
