Abstract
Bu çalışmada nikel katkılı [Al2Si2O5(OH)4–KAlSi3O8–SiO2] seramiklerin Foton etkileşim parametrelerine nikelin etkisi 0.015-1.5 MeV enerji aralığında teorik olarak hesaplandı. Bu çalışmada Ni ekleme oranı (ağırlıkça %0, 5, 10, 20, 30) olarak alındı. Öncelikle seramiğin kütle zayıflama katsayıları (μρ) EpiXS programı kullanılarak elde edildi. Daha sonra elde edilen değerlerden etkin atom numarası (Zeff), elektron yoğunluğu (Nel) ve yarı değer kalınlığı (HVL) geğerleri teoriksel olarak elde edildi. Bu parametrelerin enerjiye karşı grafikler çizilerek analiz edildi. Elde edilen parametreler bu çalışma ile ilgili literatürdeki deneysel ve teorik çalışmalarla karşılştırıld
In this study, the effect of nickel on the Photon interaction parameters of nickel-doped [Al2Si2O5 (OH)4–KAlSi3O8–SiO2] ceramics was calculated theoretically in the 0.015-15 MeV energy range. In this study, Ni addition rate was taken as (0, 5, 10, 20, 30 wt %). First of all, the mass attenuation coefficients (μρ) of the ceramic were obtained using the EpiXS program. Then, theoretically, from the measured data, the effective atomic number (Zeff), electron density (Nel), and half value thickness (HVL) values were determined. These parameters were analyzed by drawing graphs against energy. Obtained parameters were compared with experimental and theoretical studies in the literature related to this study
