Teacher's Opinions on the Management of Health Services in School
Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, okuldaki sağlık hizmetlerinin yönetimine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışma nitel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan fenomenoloji ya da başka ifadeyle öznel yaşantı deseniyle yapılmış bir nitel çalışma özelliği taşımaktadır. Bitlis ili Merkez, Ahlat, Adilcevaz, Tatvan, Hizan, Güroymak ilçelerinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı 12 eğitimci-öğretmen örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırmada veriler bireysel görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile 25-40 dakika sürecince yapılan görüşmeler kaydedilip betimsel analize tabi tutulmuş ve görüşmeler üst ve alt temalar altında kategorileştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre bağlam boyutunda öğretmenlerin okuldaki sağlık hizmetlerinin yönetimine ilişkin fenomenleri; okullarda sağlık hizmetleri, sağlık hizmetleri eğitimi, sağlıklı okul ortamı üç ana tema altında toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, belirtilen temalar altında öğretmenlerin görüşlerini yansıtan bulgular içermekte olup bu bulgular okuldaki sağlık hizmetlerinin yönetimine ilişkin görüşleri belirlemek ve mevcut sorunların nasıl çözüleceği konusunda ipuçları sunmaktadır. The aim of the research is to study teacher's opinions on the management of the health services in school. The research is a qualitive study conducted in a phenomenological or, in other words, subjective experience pattern. For example, 12 teachers working in institution with the Ministry of National Education in the center district of Bitlis province (Merkez – Adilcevaz – Ahlat – Tatvan – Güroymak – Hizan) and districts of Bitlis province were chosen as a sample. The data in the study were collected by individual interview technique. Interviews held for 30-45 minutes with semi- structured interview forms were recorded and the views were categorized under the top and sub- themes. Findings revealed that in the context dimension health education services, environment healthy school three main themes have emerged of theacher's opinions on the management of healthy services in school. The result of the research included findings reflecting the views of teachers under the specified themes, and these findings provided clues about understanding the management of health services in school by teachers and how to solve these problems.
