| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, herbal medicine use has become frequent among the public as alternative medical treatment. People use many plants and herbs to treat the symptoms of diseases. However, many cases of life-threatening side effects of such drugs have been reported in the literature. In this study, a patient who administered drops of Ecbalium elaterium juice into his nose for the treatment of sinusitis and developed uvular edema is presented with a review of the literature. | en_US |
