Pgpr in Different Melon (cucumis Melo L.) Cultivarsof the Use of Sugar on Yield and Quality

Abstract

Bu araştırma, 2016 yılında Van ekolojik şartlarında faklı kavun (Cucumis melo L.) çeşitlerinde PGPR kullanımının verim ve kalite üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Denemede FZB42 (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens), CC378/2 (Pantoea agglomerans ve CC44 (Pseudomonas fluorescens) izolatları olarak PGPR uygulamaları kullanırken; Kırkağaç 637, BT Akhisar tohum, Napolyon F1, Lokma F1, Lokum F1 ve Ananas kavun çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Deneme Tesadüf Blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, PGPR uygulamalarının kavun bitkisinde; ana gövde kalınlığını % 9.2; yaprak ayası uzunluğunu % 12.9; yaprak sapı uzunluğunu % 8.3; yaprak yaş ağırlığını % 12.8; yaprak kuru ağırlığını % 12.9; bitki başına ortalama meyve verimini % 39.1; ortalama meyve ağırlığını % 21.9; meyve eti kalınlığını % 17.6; meyve enini % 7.4; meyve boyunu % 9.2; ortalama dal sayısını % 21.1 ve toplam dal uzunluğunu % 13.2 oranlarına kadar artırdığı saptanmıştır.

This study was carried out to determine the effect of PGPR usage on yield and quality of different melon (Cucumis melo L.) cultivars in Van ecological conditions in 2016. Four PGPR applications were used as Control, FZB42 (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens), CC378 / 2 (Pantoea agglomerans) and CC44 (Pseudomonas fluorescens) isolates, and six melon cultivars (Kırkağaç 637, BT Akhisar, Napolyon F1, Lokma F1, Lokum F1 and Ananas) were employed in the experiment. In the study, PGPR isolates increased the studied traits as: the main stem thickness of the melon plant was up to 9.2%; leaf length was up to 12.9%; petiole length was up to 8.3%, fresh leaf weight was up to 12.8%, dry leaf weight was up to 12.9%; average fruit number per plant was up to 39.1%; average fruit weight was up to 21.9%; fruit flesh thickness was up to 17.6%; fruit width was up to 7.4%; fruit length was up to 9.2%; average number of branches was up to 21.1% and total branch length was up to 13.2%.
