Abstract
In the historical process, many pandemics (used to describe an epidemic disease affecting the whole country or the whole world.) And epidemic (an epidemic is a disease that is seen as new cases in a certain human population, in a certain period, but has an effect more than expected according to previous experiences) has deeply affected humanity. . One of the most effective aspects of pandemics is that the knock-on effects that occur together with their spreading rate are worldwide. Pandemics negatively affect the health system and then the functioning of many areas such as socioeconomic, tourism, cultural and political. Geographical regions and countries under the influence of pandemics have taken various measures in areas such as health, political, economic and sociological in order to minimize the effects of the pandemic, and have implemented various methods to minimize the effects of pandemics. Being a member of the Corona virus family (COVID-19), which is effective in the global arena and first appeared in Wuhan, China in December 2019, was not taken too seriously at first and was believed to remain in the geography where it emerged, and then disasters spread to Europe and the whole world. caused the chain. Nobody could have predicted the extent of this epidemic so much that an epidemic alone did what wars could not do. The power of countries in the health sector, the management of global powers in the economy and health sector has given a serious test against the Covid-19 virus. This new type of coronavirus epidemic that has emerged has also had significant effects in our country. This study aims to determine the effects and effects of the epidemics that have affected the world throughout history and how the corona virus has spread and turned into a pandemic, the effects and consequences of the measures taken on the economy, social life, transportation, tourism.
