Adiyaman and Domestic Environmental Ethno-Botanical Specifications
Abstract
Adıyaman merkez ilçede, halkın kaybolmaya yüz tutmuş bitki kullanım kültürü açığa çıkarılmış ve bu kültürün bilimsel veriler haline getirilmesi sağlanmıştır. Çalışmalarda bitkilerin yöresel kullanımı incelenerek, yörede yaşayan insanların bitkilere verdikleri isimler, bitkinin kullanım alanı ve amacı, bitkinin kullanılan kısmı, kullanma şekli ve süresine ilişkin bilgiler derlenmiş, derlenen bitkilerle ilgili floristik, taksonomik ve herbaryum çalışmaları yapılarak, bilimsel isimleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmalarda yöre insanları ile birebir röportajlar yapılmış, okullarda anket düzenlenmiş, arazi çalışmaları yapılmış ve yörede `Aktar' diye tabir edilen insanlardan faydalanılmıştır. Adıyaman merkez ve köylerinde sürdürülen çalışma sonucunda 43 Familyaya ait toplam 102 bitkinin kullanımı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bitkilerin örtüşen kullanımlarıyla birlikte genel olarak; 74'ü gıda, 25'i yem, 75'i tedavi, 17'si süs, 15'i yakacak, 29'u el sanatları yapımında olmak üzere 6 başlık altında kullanımları tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra 9 bitki türünün de farklı alanlardaki kullanımları belirlenmiştir. Fading culture of the herbs usage of the people in Adiyaman was uncovered. By inquising the domestic usage of the herbs, the informations like names of the herbs named by domestic people, the purpose of the usage, the usable parts of the herbs, the processes of the applications was compiled. Additionally, The foloristical, taxonomical and herbarium examination was conducted and the matching scientific names was found out. In this survey, domestic peoples were interviewed one by one, schools were questionnaired and the field surveillance was made. The people so called ?Aktar? were consulted. 102 herbs belong to 42 family were determined by surveying the centrum and the towns of Adiyaman. The usage of the herbs ( 74 as nutrition, 25 as feed, 75 as medicine, 17 as ornament, 15 as fuel, 29 as handcraft material) in 6 categories were surveyed. By the way, the varying usage of 9 herbal species were determined. The surveyed herbs were determined that are cultivated 62 as natural, 29 as culture, 11 as natural and culture form.Key words: Adiyaman, Ethnobotany, Beneficial Herbs, Ornamental Hers, Medical Herbs
