Abstract
Bu araştırmada, Bitlis yöresindeki Halk Eğitim Merkezlerinde yürütülen bağlama eğitimi süreci incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenmiş, veriler tarama modeli doğrultusunda yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, Bitlis Merkez, Tatvan, Ahlat ve Adilcevaz ilçelerinde görev yapan yedi bağlama eğitmeni oluşturmaktadır. Görüşmeler sesli ve görüntülü olarak kaydedilmiş, yazıya aktarılmış ve betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, bağlama eğitiminde çalgının fiziksel yapısı, makam ve usul öğretimi, kurs sürelerinin yeterliliği, temel müzik kuramı ve tartım kalıpları öğretimi, materyal kullanımı, etüt ve dizi çalışmaları ile yöresel eser ve repertuar seçimi gibi konularda benzerlikler ve farklılıklar bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, halk eğitim merkezlerinde verilen bağlama eğitiminin mevcut durumunu ortaya koyarak, alandaki uygulamaların gelişimine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.
In this study, the bağlama training process carried out in the Public Education Centers of the Bitlis region was examined. A qualitative research approach was adopted, and the data were collected through a structured interview technique within the framework of the survey model. The research group consisted of seven bağlama instructors working in the central district of Bitlis as well as in the districts of Tatvan, Ahlat, and Adilcevaz. The interviews were audio- and video-recorded, transcribed into written form, and analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. The research findings revealed similarities and differences in areas such as the physical structure of the instrument, the teaching of makam and usul, the adequacy of course durations, the teaching of basic music theory and rhythmic patterns, the use of materials, etude and scale practices, as well as the selection of local works and repertoire. This study aims to contribute to the development of practices in the field by presenting the current state of bağlama education provided in public education centers.
