The Affects of Illens for Worships in the Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

Bu çalışma, hastalığın ibadetlere etkisi hakkındadır. Çalışmada, hastalara ibadet alanında sağlanan kolaylaştırmalar ve ibadetlerdeki şekil değişikliklerinden bahsedildi.Tez, bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusundan, amacından ve yönteminden bahsedilmiştir.Birinci bölümde, ?Abdest ve Namazda Hastalığa İlişkin Hükümler? genel başlığının altında, bu ibadetlerde ne tür hastalıkların ibadetleri yapmaya engel teşkil ettiği ve ne gibi farklı uygulamaları gerektirdiği tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, hastaların teyemmüm etmeleri, sargı üzerine mesh ve özürlülerin abdest alma biçimlerinden ve namazın şart ve rükünleriyle ilgili hastalara sağlanan kolaylıklardan bahsedilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, ?Oruç ve Hacda Hastalığa İlişkin Hükümler? genel başlığının altında hangi tür hastalıkların bu ibadetleri tam manasıyla yapmayı engellediği ve ne tür uygulamaları sonuç verdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bundan hareketle, orucun şartlarında hastalıkla ilgili hükümler ve oruç tutmamayı mubah kılan hastalıkla ilgili mazeretlerden ve haccın şartlarında ve hac fiillerinde hastalıkla ilgili uygulamalardan, bahsedilmiştir.Son olarak ise konular hakkında genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.

This paper is about the effects of disease to worships. It is mentioned about the facilitations which is provided to patients and alterations of worship in this paper.This paper consist of an abstract and two main chapters. It is discussed, in abstract, the subject matter, target and the methods of this study.In the first chapter, it is mentioned about the ways of ritual ablution of people who have excuse and cleansing patients themselves ritually with sand and wiping with the wet palm of hand (while performing ritual ablutions) over the bandage, under the main headline of ?The Judgements Related to Disease at Ritual Ablution (Abdest) and Prayers (Salat)?. Again in this chapter, it is discussed the facilitations which is provided to patients related to conditions of prayers and some occasions concerned with disease while performing prayer.In the second chapter, it is stated the judgements and conditions of fasting on the condition of being ill and the excuses which make not fasting permissible for patients, under the main headline of judgements of fasting and the disease during the process of pilgrimage. This chapter also mentions about the conditions of pilgrimage and the judgements and duties of pilgrims related to disease and the worshi p of women during their special times. In conclusion chapter, there is a general evaluation about the subject matters.
