The Fragrance of Art in the Postmodern Period and the Breakthrough Plato's Concept of Idea

Abstract

Platon'dan günümüze kadar ortaya konulan sanat kuramları isim olarak farklılıklar gösterse de anlam bakımından aynı kaldığı bilinmektedir. Günümüzde mevcut ortaya atılan kuramlar gelişip dönüşürken bu kavramların isim olarak değişip geliştiğini ancak anlam olarak aynı kaldığını gözlemlemekteyiz. Nitekim sanatı idea kavramından çok uzak gerçekliğin bir yansıması olarak taklit olarak anlamlandıran Platon'un düşünce sistemi yerini daha modern bir kavram olan, Baudrilliard'ın kuramını yansıtan gerçekliğe yakın Simülakr ya da gerçek olmayan simülasyon kavramları ile ileri bir noktaya getirip gerçekliğin ortadan kalktığı bir sistem sunmaktadır. Teknolojinin gelişmesi ve medyanın sansürleri ile bu varsanım durumu kendini açıkça ortaya koymaktadır. İçinde bulunduğumuz çağın renkli manipülasyonu tüm insanları çepeçevre sarmış neyin gerçek olduğu bilinmemektedir. Bu durum ideolojik tüm alanlarda olduğu gibi sanatı da derinden etkilemiş taklidin taktiklerini yapan sanatçılar teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte NFT sanatı ve ışık oyunlarının da katkılarıyla birtakım sanat eserleri yaparak gerçekliğin varlığı üzerinde soru işaretleri bırakmışlardır. Sanat mecralarında gerçek olan nedir? Sanatın vermek istediği mesaj ya da oluşum şekli izleyicide ne kadar doğru bir izlenim yaratmaktadır? Sanat gerçeklikten öte bir yanılsama durumu olabilir mi? gibi soruların kafa karışıklığına mahiyet verdiği düşüncelerle birlikte; günümüz sanatının Platon'un ifade ettiği idealar kavramından tamamen uzaklaştığı, yeni kavram ve oluşumlarla birlikte başka bir boyuta gittiği görülmektedir. İlerleyen süreçte oluşacak yeni kavram ve kuramlar ise bilinmemektedir. Bilinen tek şey sanatın parçalandığı yönündeki gerçekliktir. Bu çalışmada postmodern sanatın parçalanması ve Platon'un idea kavramından tamamen kopan gerçeklik olgusu incelenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Antik Dönem, Platon, İdea, Postmodern Dönem, Postmodernizm

Although the art theories that have been put forward from Plato to the present day differ in name, it is known that they remain the same in terms of meaning. Today, we observe that while the existing theories develop and transform, these concepts change and develop in name, but remain the same in meaning. As a matter of fact, Plato's thought system, which interprets art as imitation as a reflection of reality far from the concept of idea, is replaced by a more modern concept, simulacrum, which is close to reality, reflecting Baudrilliard's theory, or simulation, which is not real, and presents a system in which reality disappears. With the development of technology and the censorship of the media, this state of assumption reveals itself clearly. The colorful manipulation of the age we live in has surrounded all people, and it is not known what is real. This situation has deeply affected art, as in all ideological fields. Artists, who make the tactics of imitation, have been another factor that has left a question mark on the existence of reality by making some works of art with the development of technology, with the contributions of NFT Art and light plays. What is real in the arts? To what extent does the message or form of formation that art wants to convey create an accurate impression on the viewer? Is art an illusion beyond reality? It is seen that today's art has completely moved away from the concept of ideas expressed by Plato and went to another dimension with new concepts and formations. The new concepts and theories that will emerge in the future are not known. All that is known is the reality that art is falling apart. In this study, the disintegration of postmodern art and the phenomenon of reality that is completely disconnected from Plato's concept of idea are examined.
