Abstract

There is no doubt that one of the most complicated problems of the commentary science is Israiliyyah. In order to solve this problem many studies have been undetaken by the scientists and schools and they have suggested many solutions. Yet a clearcut result has not been agreed on. It is true to say that reaching a final result is really difficult. In this small study we propose some suggestions to ease this difficulty. In fact, in order to understand the messages given by the Qur'an it is not necessary to fill the gaps of the episodes in the Qur'an. However, if it is insisted that the above stated gaps of the episodes must be filled, these gaps must be filled not with Israiliyyah knowledge, but with the knowledge of archeological works. This suggestion seems to be more realistic in order to reach the truth.
