Transcription and Evaluation of the Evâmir-I Sultaniye Notebook of the Province of Aleppo No. 21 the Years Ah. 1202-1204 Am. 1788-1790
Abstract
Çalışmamız olan H. 1202-1204/M.1788-1790 yılları arasını ihtiva eden 21 Nolu Haleb Evâmir-i Sultaniye Defteri'nin incelemesinden oluşmaktadır. 21 Nolu Haleb Evâmir-i Sultaniye Defteri Osmanlıca metninin günümüz Türkçesine çevrilmesinde metne sadık kalındı, kelimeler değiştirilmeksizincümle kuruluşları aynı şekilde verildi. Ana metin transkribe tekniği ile okundu. Metindegeçen Farsça, Arapça ve Türkçe sıfat ve tamlamalar bu dillerin gramer kurallarına göreyazıldı. Defterin transkripsiyonu esnasında, transkripsiyon kaidelerine imkan dahilinde uyulmaya çalışıldı. (ع) Ayın harfi (') şeklinde, (ء) hemze (') işaretiyle gösterildi. Defterde geçen 59 belgenin tamamının transkripsiyonu yapılarak değerlendirildi. Belgelerde yer alan hükümlerin özeti tablo halinde verildi. Çalışmamız fermân ağırlıklı olmakla birlikte özet tablosu, emirler hakkında ki bütün sorulara cevap verebilecek niteliktedir.
Our work examined the Aleppo Evâmir-i Sultaniye notebook No. 21, including the years AH. 1202-1204 / AM. 1788-1790. The translation of the Ottoman Turkish text of the Aleppo Evâmir-i Sultaniye document No. 21 into today's Turkish language was correct, accurate, and identical to the original text; the sentence structures were giveninthe same formula without changing the words. The main text was read using the transcription technique. Persian, Arabic and Turkish adjectives and phrases in the text were written according to the grammatical rules of these languages. During the transcription of the notebook, the transcription processwas tried to be fulfilled with original rules as much as possible. The letter (ع) was shown as ('), (ء) with the sign of hemze ('). All 59 documents in the notebook were transcribed and evaluated. The summary of the documents is given in the form of table. Although this thesis did not include detailed researchfor the orders of the Sultan or the Ruler,still the summary table can answer all questions about these orders.
