Analysis of Internet Addiction With Chaid Analysis: the Case of Van Province

Abstract

The purpose of a scientific study using existing data to be able to predictions about the unknowns and cause-effect relationship. Many events in nature has cause-effect relationship. Regression analysis use in order to obtain relationship between two or more variables. Answer Tree method is one of the method which may give the similar results with regression analysis. CHAID analysis is one of the analitic method that use the classification of the variables. The internet addiction level in Van and this dpendence effect factors to determine the configuration of this study the evaluation of internet addiction factors and those factors which at level of impact is high to determine the CHAID (Chi-Squared Automatic Interation Detection) analysis method was used.
