Analysis of Content of Piano Main Course Book Used for 9th Grades at Fine Arts High School Department of Music

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi Müzik Alanı 9. Sınıf Piyano ders kitabında yer alan etütler ve eserler, piyano dersine giren öğretmenlerin görüş ve değerlendirmelerine dayalı olarak incelenmiştir. İncelemede öğretmenlere etüt ve eserlerin niteliklerinin ve niceliklerinin yeterliliği 'evet – hayır – kararsızım' şeklinde sorulmuştur. Nicel bir boyut taşıyan bu çalışmaya, öğretmenlerin kullandıkları yardımcı kaynaklar ve kaynaklara yönelme sebepleri açık uçlu sorularla sorularak araştırmaya nitel bir boyut kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma için Türkiye'nin 25 Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde görev yapan 50 piyano Öğretmenlerine dijital ortamda anketler gönderilmiş, gönderilen anketlere verilen cevaplar neticesinde 9. Sınıf piyano ders kitabında yer alan etüt ve eserlerin nitelik ve nicelik olarak yetersiz olduğu, eğitimin ilkelerine göre oluşturulmadığı ve kitapta yer alan görsellerin yetersiz kaldığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre; kitabın yeniden ele alınması, yeniden düzenlenmesi şeklinde önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this research, the etudes and works, which take part in the Piano textbook for 9th grade in the field of music in Fine Arts HighSchool, were examined by being predicated on the opinions and evaluations of teachers who attend the music lesson. In the research, the quantitive and qualitative sufficiencies of the etudes and works were asked as'yesnol have no idea'. It was tried to bring a qualitative aspect in the research which hasa quantitive particularity by interrogating with openended questions for discovering the use of suppplement resources by teachers and their causes. For the research,the questionnaire forms were sent to fifty piano teachers who work in Fine Arts HighSchoolsin Turkey, and asa result of replies to questionnaire forms which had been sent it was attained the results that the etudes and works taking part in the textbooks were not enough as qualitative and quantitative , they were not constituted in accordance with the goals of education, the visual items were inadequate. According to the results of the research;it was suggested that the book should be handled again and it should be arranged once again.
