| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile2002 ve 2003 yılı içerisinde Van yöresinde yaşayan ev tavuklarında paraziter fauna tespiti amaçlandı. Çalışmanın kapsamını dışkı muayenesi ile endoparazit tespiti ve dış bakı ile ektoparazit tespiti oluşturmuştur. Gaita muayenesinde natif, flotasyon ve sedimentasyon yöntemleri kullanıldı. Çalışmada %85 oranında endoparazit, %76 oranında ektoparazit enfestasyonu tespit edildi. Endoparazitlerden Eimeria oocystleri %65, helmint yumurtaları %52 oranında bulundu. Bulunan helmintler %2 Echinostoma spp., %8 Davania proglottina, %10 Raillietina spp., %4 Trichostrongylus tenuis, %2 Dispharynx nasuta, %13 Ascaridia galli, %15 Heterakis gallinarum, %30 Capillaria spp.olarak belirlendi.Ektoparazitlerin %32 Goniocotes hologaster, %6 Lipeurus heteragraphus, %42 Eomanacanthus stramineus, %11 Menacanthus cornutus, %22 Menopon gallinae olduğu belirlendi. | en_US |
