Relationship Between Microorganisms and With Severity of the Shortness of Airway in the Patient With Copd Who Have Acut Attack
Abstract
KOAH akut atak etyolojisinde çoğunlukla solunum yolları enfeksiyonları rol oynar. Amacımız KOAH akut ataklı hastaların balgam ve kan kültürlerinden üretilen mikroorganizmalarla hastalığın şiddeti arasındaki ilişkiyi saptamaktırAkut ataklı 139 hastanın balgam ve kan örnekleri alındı. Kanlı agar ve EMB besiyerine ekildi. Stabil dönemdeki SFT yapıldı. KOAH hastaları evre1: FEV1/FVC<%70, ama FEV1?%80, evre 2: FEV1/FVC<%70, %50
Patients with COPD there are lots of reasons of acute attach and it causes respiratuar tract enfections. Our propose is determining the relationship beetween phlegm and blood cultured microorganisms and the severity of the enfection in the patients with COPD who have acute attach139 patients are diagnosed as acute attach phlegm and blood samples were taken. We produced bacteria in EMB and blood agar and produced microorganism. Spirometry was made in the sabil period. Patients with COPD classified; Stage1: FEV1 / FVC < % 70 but FEV1 ? % 80, stage 2: FEV1 / FVC<%70,%50
