Ibn Jemaa's Informotive Adjectives Comprehension

Abstract

Allah Teâlâ'nın mükerrem bir varlık olarak yarattığı insan, tarih boyunca yaratıcısını tanıma gayreti içerisinde olmuştur. İslam tarihi içerisinde de yüce yaratıcıyı tanıma, bilme gayesi ile Kur'an-ı Kerim'e ve hadislere müracaat edilerek ilâhî vasıfların neler olduğu anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Kur'an'da ve hadislerde yüce Allah'a nispet edilen yed (el) , vech (yüz), gelme (ityan), inme (nüzûl), üst (fevka) gibi beşerî özellikleri çağrıştıran ifadeler herkes tarafından aynı şekilde anlaşılmamış ve bu konuda çeşitli ihtilaflar yaşanmıştır. Kur'an'da ve hadislerde geçen bu ifadeler 'haberî sıfatlar' olup bunların anlaşılması noktasında tefviz, tevakkuf, tenzih, teşbih, tescim ve te'vil gibi farklı metotlar benimsenmiştir. Müteahhirûn dönem Eş'arî kelamcılardan olan Bedreddin İbn Cemâa, yüce Allah'ın sıfatları konusunda Müşebbihe, Mücesseme ve ta'til ehline karşı ciddi eleştirilerde bulunup bunların yanılgılarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bununla birlikte selefin tefvîz ve tevakkuf metotlarının o dönemde Ehl-i Sünnetin akidesinin korunması için doğru olduğunu fakat; değişen şartlarla birlikte te'vil metodunun daha faydalı olduğunu söyleyerek haberî sıfatlara dair te'villerde bulunmuştur. İbn Cemâa'nın haberî sıfatlara yaklaşımını ve bu sıfatlara dair yorumlarını ortaya koymak istediğimiz bu çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde konumuzun kapsam ve çerçevesi ile İbn Cemâa'nın hayatına dair bilgileri aktardık. Birinci bölümde Allah'ın varlığı, birliği, sıfatları konusunu; ikinci bölümde ise İbn Cemâa'nın haberî sıfatlara yaklaşımını ve bu sıfatları nasıl yorumladığını tespit edip aktarmaya gayret ettik. The human being, who has been created as a special creature by Almighty Allah, has tried to know his/her creator throughout the history. In the history of Islam, the Qur'an and the hadiths were applied to know the supreme creator and people tried to understand what the divine qualities are. The expressions used in Qur'an and hadiths such as yed (hand), vech (Face) Coming descending, upper for related to Almighty Allah, and they associated To the quaılities of human beings, haven't been understood the same by everyone and There have been various disagreements. The adjectives mendioned in Qur'an and hadiths are 'Informative adjectives' and at the point of understading Them, different methods were being adopted such as 'teşbih (sumilation) tenzih ( falling apert from foult),tecsim ( to show Almighty Allah in a body ) tevfiz ( not to mention about anymore ) and te'vil ( to try to show different ). Besides making some serious criticisms to some schools about Almighty Allah's adjectives, thr Bedreddin Ibn Jamâa says the methods of tevfiz ( diverting to another one ) and tavakkuf ( waiting ) used by Salaf scholars were correct to protect Ahl-i Sunnah at that time. But in addition to the changing conditions and the differences faced İn time, he thinks that the succesors te'vil ( to try to show different ) method was more useful and accurate to finish the doubts in mind and was addressing. By saying this he made 'te'vil's about ınformative adjectives. In the introductory part of this study, which we want to put forward the approach of Ibn Jamâa and the interpretations of these adjectives, we explained the scope and the framework of our subject and information about the life of Ibn Jamâa. In the first chapter, God's existence, unity, adjectives; In the second part, we tried to determine the approach of Ibn Jamâa to the news adjectives and how he interpreted these adjectives.
