dc.description.abstract Trust is the name of the thing which is given to a person to protect. The meaning of 'trust' is too wide. In the Holy Qur'an Allah says that; 'Allah enjoins you to give the trusts into the care of those persons who are worthy of trust...' (4:58). Giving trust is an indispensable necessity of life for human beings. In shopping, proxy, lukata (A thing found, which, after an interval, becomes the property of the finder), pawn, borrowing and lending, usurpation, renting and in companies the law of trust is used. Bailment is the main contract of the trust contracts. Bailment has some circumstances. On some conditions if the bailment is lost it needs atenement. But if it is destroyed without any faul and neglect there is no need to atenement. Bailment must be given back when it is wanted. By the returning of the bailment the contract is cancelled. en_US
