Working and Maintenance Analysis of Some Work Machines Belonging To the 17th Regional Management of the State Water Affairs

Abstract

İş makineleri birçok çalışma sahası ve çeşidi bulunmakla beraber malzemeyi kazma, yükleme, delme, sökme, yığma, serme ve düzeltme gibi işler yapılabilmektedir. Geçmişten bugüne iş makineleri sürekli yenilenmekte, motor güçleri ve iş kapasiteleri gibi özellikleri daha iyiye gitmektedir. Teknoloji ve bilimin ilerlemesiyle insanların iş yükleri, iş makineleri sayesinde azalmaktadır. İş makinelerinin son zamanlarda insan hatasını en az seviyeye indirecek olan kullanım kolaylıkları, konforlu yapılmaları kullanımda ve arızaların tespitinde istikrarlı bir sonuca ulaşılmasını ve performanslarının artırılmasını sağlamıştır. Ayrıca iş makinelerinde bakım, tamir ve operatör masraflarının önemli büyüklükte olmasından dolayı özellikle bakım ve tamir konularının dikkate alınmasının ekonomik ve iş kayıplarını azaltılmasında yapılacak çalışmaların üzerinde durulması gerektiği unutulmaması lazımdır.Bu çalışmada DSİ 17. Bölge Müdürlüğü makine parkında bulunan paletli traktör, ekskavatör, yükleyici ve greyderler incelenmiştir. Bu iş makinelerine ait teknik özellikler, kullanım amaçları, bakım ve iş performanslarına dair değer ve bilgileri üzerinde durulmuştur. İş makinelerinin performans ve randımanlarına etki eden faktörler ayrıntılı olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Work machines have a lot of working areas and different kinds, many works such as excavating the material, loading, drilling, uprooting, piling, spreading and smoothing can be possibly done. From past to now work machines are constantly renovated, some qualities of them like engine powers and working capacities are getting better. Due to the fact that technology and science improve gradually, people?s tasks about work decrease more and more. Recently conveniences in use of work machines that could decrease people?s mistakes at least and their being made comfortably provide reaching the consistent result in using and fixing the defects and increasing the performances of them. Besides, because of the fact that work machines have highly big amounts care, repair and operator costs, it should not be forgotten that especially care and repair issues should be taken into consideration and the works to reduce economic and labor loss should be concentrated on.In this study, tractors with tracks, excavators, loaders and motorized graders which are situated in Machine Park of the 17th Regional Management of the State Water Affairs are examined attentively. Technical qualities of those machines, using aims of them, data and information about their care and working performances are thoroughly focused on. The factors affecting the performance and production of the working machines are evaluated in detail.
