The Role Antibiotics Susceptibilities of Staphylococcus Epidermidis in Urinary Tract Infections
Abstract
Bu çalışmada Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Ocak 2005-Nisan 2011 yılları arasında hastanenin çeşitli kliniklerinden idrar yolu enfeksiyonu şüphesiyle Mikrobioloji laboratuarına gönderilen idrar örneklerinden izole edilen mikroorganizmaların ne kadarının Staphylococcus epidermidis olduğu ve antibiyotik duyarlılıklarının tespit edilmesi amaçlandı. Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, çeşitli kliniklerden idrar yolu enfeksiyonu şüphesiyle Mikrobiyoloji laboratuarına Ocak 2005-Nisan 2011 yılları arasında gönderilen idrar örneklerinin anlamlı bakteri üremesi olan 7813 tanesinin 107'sinde (%1.4) Staphylococcus epidermidis üremiştir. Çalışmaya alınan Staphylococcus epidermidis üremiş 107 idrar örneğinin 75'i (%70.1) Pediatri, 15'i (%14) Üroloji, 4'ü (%3.7) Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon, 3'ü (%2.8) Dahiliye, 2'si (%1.9) Kadın Doğum, 2'si (%1.9) Plastik Cerrahi, 2'si (%1.9) Yoğun Bakım, 1'i (%0.9) Dermatoloji, 1'i (%0.9) Nefroloji, 1'i (%0.9) Nöroloji, 1'i (%0.9) Çocuk Cerrahisi servis ve polikliniklerinden geldiği tespit edilmiştir. Antimikrobiyal duyarlılık testlerinde Staphylococcus epidermidis'in ampisilin ve penisilin G antibiyotiklerine %100 oranında direnç gösterdikleri, daptomisin, levofloksasin, linezolid, nitrofurantoin, moksifloksasin, kinupristin-dalfopristin ve ofloksasin antibiyotiklerine ise %100 oranında duyarlılık gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. Vankomisin, tetrasiklin, teikoplanin, rifampin, Mupirosin (high level), gentamisin, trimetoprim-sulfametoksazol, norfloksasin, siprofloksasin antibiyotiklerine duyarlılık saptanmıştır.

YYU, School of Medicine Education and Research Hospital, several clinics for suspected urinary tract infection microbiology laboratory between January 2005-April 2011 sent 7813 of them in 107 urine samples with significant bacterial growth (1.4%) yielded Staphylococcus epidermidis. Reproduce the study 107 urine samples taken from Staphylococcus epidermidis, 75 (70.1%) Pediatrics, 15 (14%) Urology, 4 (3.7%) Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, 3 (2.81%) Internal medicine, 2 (1.9%) Gynecology and Obstetrics, 2 (1.9%) Plastic Surgery, 2 (1.9%) Intensive care, 1 (0.9%) Dermatology, 1 (0.9%) Nephrology, 1 (0.9%) Neurology, 1 (0.9%) Pediatric Surgery and outpatient departments was determined that service. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing of Staphylococcus epidermidis resistant to ampicillin and penicillin G in which 100% of the antibiotics, daptomycin, levofloxacin, linezolid, nitrofurantoin, moxifloxacin, quinupristin-dalfopristin and ofloxacin antibiotics have been found to have the sensitivity to 100%. Vancomycin, tetracycline, teicoplanin, rifampin, mupirocin (high level), gentamicin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, found that the antibiotics sensitive.
