Sarıkamış (Kars) Yöresinde Yetişen Bazı Makromantarlar Üzerinde Taksonomik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma 1994 ve 1995 yıllan arasında Sarıkamış yöresinden toplanan yenen, yenmeyen ve zehirli mantarlar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 18 familyaya ait 35 mantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerden 24 ' ü yenir, 6' sı yenmez ve 5' şi zehirlidir. Teşriisi yapılan tüm mantar türlerinin deskripsiyonu hazırlanmış, taksonomik, ekolojik, yenilebirlik ve yayılış özellikleri tartışılmıştır.

This study is based on the edible, inedible and poisonous mushrooms collected around Sarıkamış province between 1994 and 1995. In this study, a total of 35 species of edible, inedible and poisonous mushrooms belonging to 18 families were identified. Among the identified species, 24 are edible, six are inedible, and five are poisonous. The description of all of the mushrooms species identified were prepared; The taxonomical, ecological and edible characteristics of the species and their distribution were discussed.
