Forcedmigration, Nomadic and Stylies Cling To the Urban: Batman-Pazaryeri District Example

Abstract

Bu çalışma güvenlik nedeniyle genelde Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgelerinin kırsal yerleşimlerinden, özelde ise Şırnak, Siirt ve Van illerinin kırsalından kitlesel ve zorunlu olarak Batman'ın Pazaryeri Mahallesine göç etmiş göçer aileleri konu edinmiştir. Bu sürecin göçer ailelerce nasıl yaşandığı, göç sonrası kente tutunma tarzı olarak geliştirdikleri pratiklerin neler olduğu ve bu yeni yaşama nasıl uyum gösterdiklerini araştırılmıştır. Göç öncesi ve göç sonrası yaşam farklılıklarına değinilerek, zorunlu göçün göçer yaşama doğrudan etkileri anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın yöntemi, göç öncesi yaşamın özelliklerinin betimlenmesinde nitel araştırma yöntemlerinde derinlemesine görüşme kullanılırken göç sonrası kent yaşamın açıklanmasında ise nicel veri toplama ve çözümleme teknikleri kullanılmıştır.Bu çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde göçebe yaşamı, göçebe tipolojileri üzerine literatür çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise göç kavramı, göç türleri ve teorileri üçüncü bölümü ise çalışmanın metodoloji bölümüdür. Dördüncü bölümde ise görüşmeler ve anketler sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgular çözümlenmiştir. Bu bölümde göç öncesinde ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel, duygu ve düşünceler konusunda göçer ailelerin nasıl bir yaşama sahip oldukları, göç sonrası kent yaşamında değişen parametreler ve yeni yaşama tutunma tarzlarına değinilmiştir. Beşinci bölüm ise sonuç ve değerlendirme bölümüdür. Bu bölümde ise saha çalışmasından sonra elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmıştır.

This work has focused on nomadic families that were necessarily and massively migrated from rural settlements in East and Southeast Anatolia Regions, in particular, Şırnak, Van, Siirt to Batman province, Pazaryeri district, usually for security reasons. It was tried to explain that, how nomadic families are experienced this process and what is the practices they developed in order to comply with this new way of life after post of migration. Referring to differences in the pre-migration and post migration life, it was tried to understand the direct effects of forced migration on nomadic life. In the method of the study, deep interview techniques in qualitative research methods were used for analyzing characteristics of pre-migration life, as for in describing the city life after migration the quantitative data collection and analysis techniques were used.This study consists of five sections. In the first chapter the aims, the literature study was carried out on the concept of the nomadic life and typologies. In the second section the literature study was carried out on the concept of immigration, migration, types and theories. In the third chapter aims, method and the problems of the study were mentioned. . In the fourth chapter the findings, resulting from interviews and questionnaires were analyzed. In this section, the economic, social, cultural, feelings and thoughts that they have about the nomadic life, prior to migration and new life after holding the urban life styles and varied parameters was mentioned. The fifth section is the chapter of the results and evaluation. In this section, findings after the fieldwork were interpreted.
