Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Halk Eğitim Merkezi bünyesinde verilen bağlama eğitimi derslerinde karşılaşılan sorunları tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, araştırma süreci, veri toplama ve analizine göre karma araştırma yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Van ili İpekyolu, Tuşba, ve Edremit ilçeleri Halk Eğitim Merkezi bünyesinde bağlama eğitimi veren usta öğreticiler ve bağlama eğitimi kurslarına katılan kursiyerler oluşturmaktadır. Kursiyerler oluştururken bunlar arasında amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle katılımcılar belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak 118 öğrenciye Turgut (2018) tarafından hazırlanan memnuniyet anketi, 11 usta öğreticiye ve 5 akademisyene ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen nicel veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, ölçeğin cronbach alpha kat sayısı .628 değeri ile güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Görüşme formundan elde edilen veriler ise içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın alt problemlerinden yola çıkarak ikili karşılaştırmalarda t testi, üç ve daha fazla seçeneği bulunan karşılaştırmalarda ise tek yönlü anova testi uygulanmıştır. Bu çerçevede, yapılan ikili karşılaştırmada cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. İkiden fazla seçeneği bulunan karşılaştırmalardan yaş ve eğitim durumu değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemişken, katılımcıların bulundukları merkez ilçe değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir. Usta öğreticilere uygulanan görüşme formları neticesinde elde edilen bulgulara göre kullanılan kaynaklar, yöntemler ve haftalık ders süresine ilişkin sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Halk Eğitim Merkezi tarafından bağlama eğitimine yönelik bir kaynak verilmediği, bu doğrultuda usta öğreticilerinde çözüm üretebilmek adına kendi oluşturdukları etütlerden ve farklı kaynaklardan yararlanmaya çalıştıkları ayrıca gösterip yaptırma yöntemini kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak, çözüm önerisi niteliğinde hazırlanan ve akademisyenlere uygulanan görüşme formu neticesinde elde edilen sonuçlar, Halk Eğitim Merkezi bünyesinde verilen bağlama eğitimi kurslarına yönelik kaynak kitap ve öğretim yöntemlerinin geliştirilmesini vurgulamaktadır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the problems faced at the baglama training courses given in the Public Education Center and to offer solutions. This study was conducted with the mixed research method according to the research process, data collection and analysis. The universe of the research is composed of master trainers and trainees participating in baglama training courses within the Public Education Center of Van province, İpekyolu, Tusba, and Edremit districts. Participants were determined by purposeful sampling method. As a data collection tool, a satisfaction questionnaire prepared by Turgut (2018) was applied to 118 students, and a semi-structured interview form was applied to 11 master instructors and 5 academicians. The quantitative data were analyzed with the SPSS program. In this study, the Cronbach alpha coefficient of the scale was found to be reliable with a value of .628. The data obtained from the interview form were analyzed by content analysis. Based on the sub-problems of the study, the t-test was used for paired comparisons and One-Way ANOVA test was used for comparisons with three or more options. In this framework, it was observed that there was no significant difference according to the gender variable in the paired comparison. There was no significant difference in terms of age and education level from the comparisons with more than two options, but it was determined that there was a significant difference according to the central district variable in which the participants were located. According to the findings from interview forms applied to the master trainers, the results regarding the used resources, methods and weekly course time were obtained. In this context, it was clarified that the Public Education Center did not provide a resource for baglama education, and in this direction, master trainers tried to benefit from different sources they created, and they also used 'showing and doing' method. Finally, the results obtained from interview form prepared as a solution proposal and applied to academicians shows that the development of resource books and teaching methods for the baglama training courses is necessary for the Public Education Center.
